It's Official!

Here it is! the RING............ The Happy couple having lunch at the Davis house

Coming in the front door. Jeremy was playing the wedding march- it was cute!

I stopped this morning and picked up a bride and groom duck for the cookie cake and also some new stationary for Victoria with the "D" monogram on it. Then of course this cute Bride shirt.

Cristian's nick name is "Ducky" so, how could I resist. I just hope they don't put it on the real wedding cake.

We are thrilled and look forward to Victoria becoming part of our family. They have not set a date yet. Victoria will be leaving in 2 weeks for a missions trip to Africa. She will be there for 2 months. Cristian will be at home continuing his schooling and working. I pray the Lords blessing on their future.

Los Tres Amigas! Here we are on our way to the Island. You have to ferry over from Cancun. I will post more pictures once I get them- I plan to do a youtube video just like last year.

Score in Lancaster!

I have been looking for one of these antique scales for a long time. Most of the ones I found on Ebay were out of my price range. We were at a flea Market in Lancaster when I came across this one! At first I wasn't sure if the color would work in my kitchen ( I was looking for a white one) but for the 22.00 price tag, I wasn't going to let it go. I brought it home and the color was perfect- In fact, I think I love it even more than a white one.

Here it is on my hoosier cabinet. It is just the right amount of distress and chippy!
